I had a slight issue where my desk would not go up, despite having the desk for over a year and no previous issues.

I contacted the team over the weekend and I got a rapid response from Mark who detailed the correct measures to fix my desk. Very simple, very concise and to the point. I will be using this approach with my CS team for sure!

I found the desk quite easy to put together and the instructions were clear to follow. The mechanism works smoothly and allows you to program your preferred working positions (up to 4). It is very convenient to use and great to be able to switch between sitting and standing positions easily.

The desk is great, easy to use and generally comfortable/good size.
I had some issues with it and the support team responded within a day and provided solutions for a very quick fix. Very pleased with the item and support!

My standing desk had an issue raising after 8 months of being fine, I raised a ticket and within a day I had a reply with 3 troubleshooting steps that resolved the issue. Excellent support service.

Really pleased with the E7 standing desk. Great build quality, arrived in 2 days.

I ordered a E7 Standing Desk £700, Mobile Cabinet £140 and cable management £40.

All three items came really well packed, fast delivery and no issue during mounting. I found the cable management too small and I had to return it, easy process, followed instructions from the FlexiSpot UK website and dropped off for collection. I had to pay for postage though but it does mention this on the website which I can't complain. Flexispot customer service offered me £20 discount to keep the item also but was already dispatched. ?

I am not sure how was back in 2020/2021 as seen bad reviews but can say I am happy with my purchases.

One more thing to mention the FlexiSpot website Desk/Mobile cabinet was false advertised (i.e wrong specifications/warranty information) but once this was flagged to the QA Team got updated also.

The Desk is very sturdy and so far I am a satisfied with the quality/services. I hope Flexispot reads all the reviews from customers and try to make improvements all the time. ?

Brought E7 standing desk, easy to put together and is surprisingly quiet. The saved heights feature is great as well as the lock function for piece of mind that you don't accidentally press a button and potentially break something.

Delivery was a bit slow and took a week longer than expected (around 11 working days) due to an error on the tracking (DHL) that my package was delivered when it wasn't. Seems to be an issue with DHL as I've had this problem before with them.

Flexispot responded quick every time I asked them for updates regarding the delivery problem, can't complain great service.

Bought a standing desk and keyboard holder. Standing desk is great and affordable. Keyboard holder I wasn't happy with it but seller was understanding and helped me to return it, they even collected it from my home.

3 out of 5 items arrived. not enough to make a desk. still haven't received other two items. fed up of waiting and support seems incapable of dealing with their delivery partner DHL. awful.

I love my new desk! On Boxing Day, I purchased an E8, and it was delivered last week.

Everything only took a couple of hours to put it together. Exceptionally high quality and such a study desk!

I've had the flexispot adjustable height desk for 3 months now and it is excellent. Easy to assemble, smooth raising action. Great customer service too

Really good quality sit-stand desk. The desk top itself is actual wood (other companies showed chipboard) and the motor is nice and quiet.

I didn't realise until I bought it, but the desk top is just wood with no screw holes. Therefore if price is a factor, or you want a complete sheet of wood (the oak top I have are a number of boards stuck together), you could get your own desk top separately.

I also really rate the customer service. The desk top arrived slightly damaged on one side (not an issue as I've made that side face the wall) and I was given some money off.

I bought an E7 series desk and it was delivered within 2 days of placing my order.
The desk took a couple hours to assemble due to the predrilled holes on the desktop not aligning with the frame.

I've been using the desk for 4 days now as I WFH and it has helped to improve my posture and productivity given the easy-to-program sit/stand functions. The desk wobbles slightly when in the standing position (depending on how fast you type on your keyboard) which is due to the structure of the lifting columns - but this is only slightly noticeable. I've spoke with the customer service team as the anti collision function didn't seem to be working and they resolved my query swiftly.

I've also bought the anti fatigue mat from their Amazon storefront and would highly recommend as opposed to standing on wooden floor.

So far, I would definitely recommend flexispot to anyone who wants an ergonomic workspace.

I bought a standing desk from Flexispot and absolutely love it! The desk is of very good quality, very sturdy as well. It's also easy to be assembled, which is a plus pointforo me.

The desk was easy to assemble and has a good depth and width for my laptops, notebooks and decorative pieces. I change the desk from sitting to standing throughout the day which I use 5-6 days a week as I'm self employed and WFH. I had an issue with the 'up' mechanic about 2 years into having the desk and got in touch with customer services, who promptly replied and showed me how to fix the issue with a simple reset. Would definitely recommend product and aftercare!
